Eugene Michael Vanmarter purchases 8 Percy Road, Maple Park

On Jan. 20, Michael W. Makofski and Reda C Reese sold their three bedroom, one bathroom property at 8 Percy Road, Maple Park to Eugene Michael Vanmarter for $490,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $5,712.38, 1.17% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, four properties sold in Maple Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 8 Percy Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: John R. Brockman, 35, and Erin K. Sucher, 31.
