Algonquin (Kane County) home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Algonquin in Kane County rose by $52,900 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,900 - a 28% increase over the $189,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Algonquin in March 2019.
