North Aurora home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in North Aurora fell by $37,950 while total sales increased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 14.4% decrease over the $262,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in North Aurora in January 2019.

The median sales tax in North Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $6,609, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
