Aurora (Kane County) home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Aurora in Kane County rose by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 3.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $148,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 115 homes sold in Aurora in January 2019.
