City of Aurora Planning Council met Nov. 5.

CALL TO ORDER
Mrs. Vacek called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL
The following members were present: Mrs. Vacek, Mrs. Morgan, Mr. Sodaro, Mr. Minnella, Mr. Phipps, Mr. Cross and Mr. Beneke.
OTHERS PRESENT
Others Present: Mike Frankino (Fox Metro) and Jon Monsma (Invest Aurora).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
19-0992 Approval of the Minutes for the Planning Council meeting on October 29, 2019.
A motion was made by Mr. Minnella, seconded by Mr. Cross, that the minuets be approved and filed. The motion carried by voice vote.

19-0825
Requesting approval of a Final Plan for Lot 3 of Citizens First National Bank Business Park Subdivision located at 1521 Ogden Avenue for a mixture of Business and Professional, Office (2400), Retail Sales or Service (2100), and Restaurant with a drive-through facility (2530) uses (Param Vijay - 19-0825 / OS01/1-19.054-Fpn - JM - Ward 9)
Mrs. Morgan said Planning had some conversations with the Petitioner asking for some revisions. I think they are in the process of making those and working on the engineering, but we are still waiting for a resubmittal.

Requesting approval of an Annexation Agreement for 67.57 acres located at the southeast corner of Ogden Avenue and Farnsworth Avenue for KEKA Farms Development (KEKA Farms, LLC / K. Hovnanian Homes - 19-0961 / OS01/1-18.150-PA/A/SUPD/Ppn/Psd - TV - Ward 9)
Mrs. Vacek said I am in the middle of reviewing this. I should have at least the Annexation Agreement comments out sometime this week. I know that there’s been lots of discussions on the right-of-ways and what we are going to require, so we will be commenting on that.
Mr. Phipps said Engineering review is still ongoing. We’ll try to get our comments out maybe this week.
