Q4 real estate sales report: Geneva

Median prices declined in Geneva over last year, and are down 7 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 106 homes sold in Geneva for a median price of $315,500. That's 7.7 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
