City of Batavia issued the following announcement on June 18.
Roadsafe, a traffic control provider for BNSF RR has informed the City of Batavia of a plan to temporarily close rail crossings on Adams & S Van Buren Street for emergency repairs. This work is being performed to correct defects within the crossings. BNSF has this project scheduled to begin 6/19/18 9am with the crossings being closed until 5pm on 6/21/18. A map of the traffic control plan is provided.
