Hispanic American Community Leadership Network owes $10,925 in fines

The campaign committee Hispanic American Community Leadership Network owes a $2,550 fine imposed on Aug. 28, 2015, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $8,375 with Martin Escobar listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 16 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $89,906 in pending fines.
