The North Aurora Community is gearing up for its annual Garage Sale: Spring Edition, scheduled for Friday, May 16 and Saturday, May 17. With over 90 homes participating, residents have the opportunity to explore a wide array of items. Although participants are encouraged to operate from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., each residence may set its own hours.

In a special move for this event, the Village has waived its sign enforcement code that typically prohibits garage sale signs in public-right-of-ways. This allows participating homes to display signs starting at noon on Thursday, May 15. Any signs posted before this time will be removed in accordance with the existing ordinance.

For those interested in planning their visit, maps and addresses of participating homes are available for download or can be picked up as hard copies at Village Hall. Additionally, an interactive digital map is accessible online.

Participating addresses are listed according to their days of participation.
