GVSU’s Lauren Slagle prepares for NCAA Division II tournament debut

Lauren Slagle, former Geneva High School star and now a member of the Grand Valley State Lakers, is set to take part in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The Lakers earned a number one seed and will face the eight-seeded Maryville Saints in their opener.

The tournament starts on Friday, March 13, with a 5 p.m. tipoff at GVSU Fieldhouse.
