b. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Eco Clean Maintenance for the Renewal of the City Facility Custodial Services Agreement for Fiscal Year 2027 at a Cost of $80,184.00.
c. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Service Agreement with Clarke Environmental Mosquito Management, Inc. to Conduct the Fiscal Year 2027 Abatement Program in the Amount Not to Exceed $56,444.00.
d. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement with ClearGov for the Capital and Digital Budget Subscription Service Agreement in the Amount of $30,430.00.
