City of Geneva Committee of the Whole met April 6

Here is the agenda provided by the committee:

1. Call to Order

2. Approve Committee of the Whole Minutes from March 16, 2026.

3. Items of Business

a. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Use of the State Joint Purchasing Programs for Procurement of Goods and Services.

b. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Semper Fi Land Inc. and Bodwe-WBK Engineering to Complete the West Lane Detention Pond Restoration Project in an Amount Not to Exceed $79,961.15.

c. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of Professional Services Agreement with Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. for Wetlands Management Services for Eagle Brook and On Brentwood’s Pond Subdivisions in an Amount Not to Exceed $45,200.00.

d. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. to Complete the FY27 Water Treatment Plant Wetlands Management Project in an Amount Not to Exceed $23,600.00.

e. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Adoption of the City of Geneva Local Historic District & Landmarks Property Inventory Survey.

f. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Establishment and Implementation of a Historic Preservation Residential Façade Grant Program.

g. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing Acceptance of a Proposal to Bind Coverage for Property, General Liability, Automobile, Public Officials’ Employment Practices, Law Enforcement, Crime, Cyber, Excess Liability, and Workers’ Compensation Insurance in the Amount of $1,039,716.00.
