a. Consider Resolution No. 2026-32 Authorizing Execution of a Farm Lease for 245 acres at Prairie Green Preserve for the 2026 and 2027 Crop Seasons.

b. Consider Resolution No. 2026-33 Authorizing the Execution of a Service Agreement with Clarke Environmental Mosquito Management, Inc. to Conduct the Fiscal Year 2027 Abatement Program in the Amount Not to Exceed $56,444.00.

*c. Approve Resolution No. 2026-34 Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Eco Clean Maintenance for the Renewal of the City Facility Custodial Services Agreement for Fiscal Year 2027 at a Cost of $80,184.00.

*d. Approve Resolution No. 2026-35 Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement with ClearGov for the Capital and Digital Budget Subscription Service Agreement in the Amount of $30,430.00.
