On Saturday, March 7, former Batavia High School standout Austin Ambrose and his college team, the UW Whitewater Warhawks, were edged out 74-71 by the Washington Bears in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The matchup, held at WashU Field House at 7:35 p.m., marked the Warhawks’ first game against the Bears in this tournament.
