The City of Aurora has changed its payment processing vendor following an outage with its previous autopay provider. Residents who had set up automatic utility bill payments using a credit card are required to re-enroll in the new system.

Those who use ACH (checking account or bank draft) for their autopayments do not need to take any action, as their current enrollment will continue without interruption.

To re-enroll, residents should log in to their Click2GovCX account with their registered email address and password. Instructions for the process are available in a PDF guide. For further assistance, residents can contact the City of Aurora Water Billing Division by email at water@aurora.il.us or by phone at (630) 256-3600.
