24-0223 A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Agency Agreement with the State of Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of Aeronautics and a not-to-exceed agreement for Construction Phase Engineering Services in the amount of $53,200 with Crawford, Murphy and Tilly, Inc. for the Overlay SE Quadrant Airport Perimeter Roadways-Phase 2 Project (ARR 4565) located at the Aurora Municipal Airport.
