*c. Approve Ordinance No. 2023-29 for the Levy and Assessment of 2023 Taxes for Special Service Area No. 1 (Downtown District) in the Amount of $213,900.

*d. Approve Ordinance No. 2023-30 for the Levy and Assessment of 2023 Taxes for Special Service Area No. 4 (Randall Square) in the Amount of $22,212.
