1. CALL TO ORDER

The Adjourned Meeting of the Kane County Board was held at the Kane County Government Center, 719 S. Batavia Ave., Bldg. A, Geneva, IL 60134 on September 26, 2023.

Chairwoman Pierog called the Special Meeting of the County Board to order at 4:00 PM.

8. Resolutions/Ordinances

Authorizing the Board Chairman to Sign a Power Supply 23-384 Agreement for the Kane County Electrical Power Aggregation

Program

ASA Frank summarized the resolution before the board was to give the Chairwoman the authority to sign the agreement that was procured through the Purchasing department. The urgency of this resolution is that the bidder is holding open the (electrical power) rate until today. (Member Bates arrives in person at 4:04 p.m.)

Madam Chair entertained a motion to adjourn. Motion by Linder, second by Roth to adjourn the meeting. A unanimous voice vote followed and the Board adjourned to its Committee of the Whole meeting at 4:05 PM.
