1. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER

The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

2. INVOCATION followed by PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Alderman Wolff led the Pledge of Allegiance.

3. ROLL CALL

Ald. Chanzit read aloud the Consent Agenda.

Motion by Ald. Chanzit, seconded by Ald. Wolf , to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 10 yea/ 0 nay/ 4 absent.

8. CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

President Margaret Perreault delivered her report on the recent and upcoming activities of the Batavia Chamber of Commerce.

She introduced Rathon Zilbar of Techmer PM, a new member of the Chamber of Commerce.

9. ORDINANCE 22-38: Authorizing Execution Of An Annexation Agreement For Property At 2S303 Hart Road (SCB 7/11/22 COW 7/26/22 12/0) CD

Motion by Ald. Wolf , seconded by Ald. Solfa, to approve the ordinance. Motion carried 12 yea/ 0 nay/ 2 absent.

10. RESOLUTION 22-074-R: Authorizing The Sale Of Municipally Owned Real Estate At 916 Park Street (SCB/SMJ 7/14/22 COW 7/26/22 12/0) CD

Motion by Ald. Wolf , seconded by Ald. Solfa, to approve the ordinance. Motion carried 12 yea/ 0 nay/ 2 absent.

11. ORDINANCE 22-37: Approving A Conditional Use Permit For A Cannabis Infuser Organization And Transporting Organization, CRM Enterprises, 1525 Paramount Parkway (JLS 7/15/22 COW 7/26/22 12/0) CD

Motion by Ald. Wolf , seconded by Ald. Solfa, to approve the ordinance. Motion carried 12 yea/ 0 nay/ 2 absent.

12. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT

City Administrator Laura Newman delivered her report. Review recording for comments in full.

Ald. Wolff stated that he has received communication from residents about the high speed of traffic on McKee and Morton Streets.
