Commissioner Oelker motioned to take the commission into Executive Session at 10:07 a.m. to review police officer backgrounds. Commissioner Armstrong seconded. Motion passed.
Commissioner Wood motioned to take the commission out of Executive Session at 10:33 a.m. Commissioner Oelker seconded. Motion passed.
Commissioner Wood motioned to pass 2020 police officer candidates Abigail Purnell, Pedro Cano, Ramona Marquez, Oliver Sorisho, Police Cadet Pineda to the next step in the hiring process due to the results of the background investigation. Commissioner Armstrong seconded. Motion passed.
Commissioner Wood motioned to strike from the eligibility list 2020 police officer candidates Christopher Vega, Jesse Gloria, Carter Aktabowski, Joseph Riehle based on the results of the background investigation. Commissioner Oelker seconded. Motion passed.
Commissioner Armstrong motioned, seconded by Oelker to adjourn the meeting at 10:43 a.m. Motion passed.
