a. Motion to approve an Agreement between the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police Labor Council and the Village of Hampshire (Jay Hedges)
b. A motion to approve a reduction in the performance guarantee for Love’s Travel Stop from $3,168,778.27 to $826,300.48. (Brad Sanderson)
c. A motion to waive the public bidding process and approve the purchase of a 2019 AWD Ford Police Interceptor Sedan from Veto Enterprises for $34,957 that is in stock and available immediately. This squad would replace Chief Thompson’s 2011 Dodge Charger.
d. A motion to waive the public bidding process and approve the purchase a demo 2018 Dodge Ram Express Crew Cab 4x4 from James Motors for $29,210 including a spray in liner and rust resistant undercoating that is available immediately. This vehicle will replace Mark Montgomery’s Ford F250 pickup.
e. Motion to approve an additional employer contribution to the Hampshire Police Pension Fund.
f. A motion to approve Ordinance 20-13 to approve the Village’s FY 2020-2021 Budget (Lori Lyons)
g. Proclamation Arbor Day. (Mayor Magnussen)
h. Proclamation 51st Annual Municipal Clerks Week –May 3-9 2020 (Mayor Magnussen)
i. Reappoint Police Pension Trustee Chip Hessenflow expires 2022 (Mayor Magnussen)
