President Brolley called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

A. To Discuss the Employment of an Employee Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1).

A motion to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss the Employment of an Employee Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1) was moved by Trustee Marecek and seconded by Trustee Jungermann. All were in favor to adjourn to Executive Session at 5:35 p.m.
