City of Geneva Ethics Commission met March 16.
Here is the agenda as provided by the Commission:
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. CLOSED SESSION: to review the sufficiency of a complaint alleging a violation of Section 1-6H-3 of the Geneva City Code and determine if probable cause to proceed to hear testimony or receive evidence as a quasi-adjudicative body.
3. If required, CLOSED SESSION to conduct hearing of quasi-adjudicative body to consider testimony and evidence and to consider the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees.
4. If required, render decision in open session.
5. ADJOURNMENT
