Algonquin Board purchases new ttruck

The village of Algonquin Board met Nov. 1 to approve the purchase of an F550 truck.

Here is the meeting's agenda, as provided by the board:

A. APPROVE MEETING MINUTES:

(1) Village Board Meeting Held October 18, 2016

(2) Liquor Commission Meeting Held October 18, 2016

(2) Committee of the Whole Meeting Held October 25, 2016

7. OMNIBUS AGENDA/APPROVAL:

The following Ordinances, Resolutions, or Agreements are considered to be routine in nature and may

be approved by one motion with a roll call vote. (Following approval, the Village Clerk will number all

Ordinances and Resolutions in order.)

A. ADOPT RESOLUTIONS:

(1) Accept and Approve an Agreement with IDOT to Perform Emergency Repairs on

Infrastructure

(2) Accept and Approve the Purchase Agreement with EJ Equipment Inc. of Manteno, IL for

a 2017, F550 Truck in the Amount of $100,307.00

(3) Accept and Approve an Agreement with AT&T for Design & Construction Services for the

Dry Utility Lowering (AT&T) Project in the Amount of $246,291.74

(4) Accept and Approve an Agreement with ComEd for Design Services for the Dry Utility

Lowering (ComEd) Project in the Amount of $1,641,240.00

8. DISCUSSION OF ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT AND/OR OMNIBUS AGENDA

9. APPROVAL OF BILLS FOR PAYMENT AND PAYROLL EXPENSES AS RECOMMENDED

BY THE VILLAGE MANAGER
